How long does delivery from China take?
It depends on the mode: sea 55–75 days, rail 40–50, air 14–21 (express 4–6). We confirm the exact schedule on quote.
How is freight priced?
By the greater of weight or volume (CBM), plus customs charges and any add-ons. We always come back with a quote; indicative “from” figures are on each route page.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, in-house: declarations, UKT ZED classification and clearance in Ukraine — formal brokerage or turnkey.
Can you buy goods on Taobao or 1688 for me?
Yes. We pay the seller in yuan, receive the goods at our China warehouse, check them, consolidate and ship to Ukraine.
How do you pay suppliers in China?
Through our partner SkifPay — outbound payments from Ukraine in any currency, including crypto.
Is my cargo insured?
Insurance is offered on every shipment and issued to the value you declare.
Do you ship dangerous goods?
Yes, to ADR (road), IMDG (sea) and IATA DGR (air) standards, with correct classification, packing and documentation.
What is the minimum shipment?
There is no minimum — small loads suit LCL groupage, where you pay only for the volume you use.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Every shipment has position monitoring, and your personal manager keeps you updated on status.
